Our annual Carmela Foods Spring Show is right around the corner, and we’re excited to welcome our valued vendor and broker partners back to Detroit for another high-impact, sales-driven event.

The Spring Show is a cornerstone of Carmela’s selling season—bringing together our sales team, category leaders, and brand partners to spotlight new items, secure meaningful promotions, and drive momentum into the spring and summer.

Each product offers an artisan look and feel with dependable bake, hold, and shelf performance—ideal for high-volume kitchens and retail merchandising. 

The Spring Show is more than a trade event—it’s a working show designed to create measurable results.

As a participating vendor or broker, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Present new items and line extensions directly to Carmela buyers and sales teams

  • Secure show-only deals and volume-based promotions

  • Strengthen alignment ahead of key spring and summer ship weeks

  • Leverage Perenso technology to streamline deal execution in real time

Our goal this year is simple: showcase items, have strong offers, and give promotions that drive incremental growth.

Registration & Booth Reservations
Vendor registration will be handled through Perenso. You will receive a registration link via Perenso shortly to: Reserve your booth space, Submit show deals and promotions, Confirm participation details. Once registration is complete, a Carmela invoice will be issued reflecting your agreed-upon participation fee.
Key Submission Deadlines
New Items & Line Extensions: Due to your Carmela Buyer by: February 2, 2026 Unauthorized items may not be displayed without prior buyer approval. Show Deals & Negotiations All deals must be submitted by: February 20, 2026 Deals previously submitted for the 2026 Promo Calendar have already been pre-loaded in Perenso Vendors are strongly encouraged to review and enhance those offers—especially to support Periods 5 & 6.
Show Technology & Required Training
To ensure a smooth and efficient show experience: All vendors will be provided with an iPad on site. Mandatory Perenso training will be required for: Entering dealsAdding fundingNavigating the system during the show. This year, Carmela will operate on an internal server, providing a faster, more reliable experience for all participants.
Ship Weeks to Support
We strongly encourage promotions aligned with the following ship weeks: Week 1: April 20 — Period 4 Week 2: May 11 — Period 5 Week 3: June 8 — Period 6 Week 4: June 22 — Period 6
