Vendor and broker registration is now open for the Carmela Foods Feed the Future Fall Food Show 2026, taking place this September at the Lorenzo Culinary Center at Macomb Community College.

This year's event represents more than a traditional food show. It's a collaborative experience designed to connect food manufacturers, brokers, retailers, chefs, and culinary students while showcasing the newest products, exclusive promotions, and emerging food trends shaping the Midwest specialty food industry.

Whether you're launching new products, expanding distribution, or strengthening customer relationships, Feed the Future 2026 is your opportunity to be part of one of the region's premier foodservice and retail events.

Raise over $50,000 for the Macomb Community College Culinary Arts Program.

Registration & Booth Reservations
Vendor registration will be handled through Perenso. You will receive a registration link via Perenso shortly to: Reserve your booth space, Submit show deals and promotions, Confirm participation details. Once registration is complete, a Carmela invoice will be issued reflecting your agreed-upon participation fee.

August 4, 2026: New Item & Line Extension Submission Deadline August 21, 2026: Sample Shipment Deadline August 28, 2026 Promotional Negotiations Close Vendor Registration DeadlineSeptember 29, 2026 Vendor Setup (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM)Vendor Dinner at the Carmela Foods Campus (6:00 PM)Please note that all booths must be completely set up by 8:15 AM on Wednesday, as setup will not be permitted after customer arrival.
Show Technology & Required Training
To ensure a smooth and efficient show experience: All vendors will be provided with an iPad on site. Mandatory Perenso training will be required for: Entering dealsAdding fundingNavigating the system during the show. This year, Carmela will operate on an internal server, providing a faster, more reliable experience for all participants.
Shipping Information
