This new partnership with True North Seafood will replace the Icelandic, Norwegian, and Canadian salmon previously sourced, making it our exclusive 100% USA Salmon Program—a perfect complement to our Faroe Island Bakkafrost Salmon Program. #### **Why This Change?** - **Consistent Quality** – Just like our trusted Bakkafrost salmon, this program ensures a steady, high-quality supply. - **Competitive Pricing** – Priced under $10.00/lb, making it a fantastic value for its premium quality. - **Variety & Convenience** – We’re starting with 3/4 lb and 4/5 lb fillet sizes, available in 10 lb cases for now. #### **New Additions: Salmon Skewers!** We’re also introducing NEW Salmon Skewers in two delicious flavors: - **Maple BBQ Skewers** - **Herb Garlic Skewers** These skewers are made from Canadian salmon due to current processing capabilities, but they offer a fantastic, convenient seafood option.
