A Night of Culinary Excellence: ACF Metro Detroit's January Dinner at Carmela Foods

On January 27, 2025, Carmela Foods had the pleasure of hosting the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Metro Detroit Area Chapter's monthly meeting at our Fraser, Michigan, facility. The evening was orchestrated by Chef Brent Saputo and the Carmela team, offering a platform for culinary professionals to connect and expand their knowledge.
